Since establishing in 2017, Donelan Property have been helping clients find the ideal investment properties to suit their individual needs. We currently have Sourcers covering cities right across the country allowing us to tap into ideal investment properties wherever our clients choose.

We also help our clients with renovations and lettings. Donelan Property offer an honest, transparent, and tailored service to help people thrive through property!

The opportunity

You will have the opportunity to own your own property sourcing company, assisting your clients with property solutions in your chosen location and across the country. Work part time or full time, you choose your hours!

One of the biggest benefits of owning a Donelan Property franchise is that you can source property for your clients anywhere our consultants are located. This means that if a client comes to you in London and wants to buy an investment in Leeds/Manchester, the consultant in that area will be able to find property for that client for you, helping you to maximise your income!

What you will receive?

Donelan Property franchisees will receive a comprehensive franchise package with everything you will need to launch your business and become profitable.

You will receive initial training and ongoing support throughout the life of your franchise as well as marketing assistance.

Investment
